1. Order Confirmation
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice if required.
- Orders placed cannot be modified once dispatched.
2. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- GST (if applicable) will be charged as per Government regulations.
- Delivery charges are extra unless specifically mentioned.
3. Product Information
- We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately.
- Actual product packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
- Natural variations in color, aroma, and texture are normal as our products are made from natural ingredients.
4. Payment

- Razorpay
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (where available)
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD).
5. Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- Delivery time depends on courier service and destination.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sawant Bandhu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
8. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to revise, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions, including the Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy, and other website policies, at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Food Products are Non-Returnable
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Ordered by mistake
- Wrong quantity selected by customer
- Customer not available at delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Opened or used products
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement will be provided ONLY if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged package received
- Manufacturing defect
- Product leakage during transit
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Product photos
- Shipping label photo
Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if:
- Replacement is not possible.
- The order cannot be fulfilled by Sawant Bandhu.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or customer unavailability will not be refunded.
Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Quality Assurance
Every product is quality checked before dispatch.
Our products are hygienically packed using food-grade packaging.
Natural color variations do not indicate a defective product.
Best Before
All products should be consumed within the Best Before period mentioned on the packaging.
Improper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
After the package is opened or the seal is broken, the product must be stored in a clean, dry, airtight container and handled hygienically. Sawant Bandhu shall not be liable for any damage, spoilage, contamination, change in taste, aroma, texture, or quality caused due to improper storage, exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, insects, or unhygienic handling by the customer.
