1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the Sawant Bandhu Affiliate Program, operated through www.sawantbandhu.com.

By registering for, accessing, or participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms & Conditions and all applicable website policies and laws.

Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts in accordance with these terms.

2. Affiliate Commissions

1. Affiliates may earn commissions on eligible purchases successfully referred through their assigned affiliate links, referral codes, or other tracking methods supported by Sawant Bandhu.
2. A commission will be considered provisional until the referred order has been delivered, the applicable return period has expired, and the order has passed the necessary verification.
3. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible will not qualify for commission.
4. Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and correct commission records where a genuine tracking or calculation error is identified.
5. Commission rates, eligible products, promotional offers, and other program parameters may be revised from time to time, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments already made.

3. Affiliate Payout and Payment Schedule

3.1 Mandatory Return Period

Sawant Bandhu currently follows a 7-day return period for the purposes of affiliate commission validation, subject to the applicable Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Affiliate commissions will not become eligible for payout until the applicable 7-day return period has expired and the referred order has been verified as eligible.

The expiry of the return period does not automatically guarantee payment. The order must also satisfy all other commission eligibility requirements.

3.2 Payout Processing Timeline

Once the applicable return period has expired, Sawant Bandhu will ordinarily aim to process eligible affiliate payouts within approximately 30 days after the expiry of that return period.

Payments may be processed earlier, depending on verification and operational requirements. In certain circumstances, payments may take longer because of order validation, refunds, payment processing, banking delays, public holidays, technical issues, or other reasonable operational circumstances.

The 30-day timeline is an expected processing timeframe and not an unconditional guarantee of payment on a specific calendar date.

3.3 Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

No commission will be payable on an order that is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.

If a commission has already been credited provisionally and the underlying order subsequently becomes ineligible, Sawant Bandhu may reverse that commission or adjust it against future commissions, subject to applicable law.

3.4 Payment Verification

Affiliates must provide accurate and valid payout details and any information reasonably required to verify their identity or process payments.

Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable payment details may delay the payout until the issue is resolved.

Any applicable tax deductions or reporting requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Affiliate Cookie Duration and Referral Tracking

1. The current affiliate cookie duration is 15 days from the qualifying referral click, subject to the website’s tracking configuration and applicable privacy requirements.
2. A purchase must occur within the applicable attribution period and satisfy the program’s tracking and eligibility rules for a commission to be considered.
3. A cookie does not guarantee a commission. Tracking restrictions, browser settings, cookie deletion, technical failures, or other attribution conditions may prevent a referral from being recorded.
4. Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to modify the cookie duration, attribution rules, tracking technology, or other referral-tracking parameters, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
5. Affiliates are responsible for using their assigned referral links and complying with the program’s promotional guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Generate fake referrals, fraudulent orders, or artificial clicks.
• Manipulate tracking systems or interfere with another affiliate’s referrals.
• Misrepresent Sawant Bandhu products, prices, discounts, or promotional offers.
• Make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about products.
• Use spam, deceptive advertising, or unlawful promotional practices.
• Impersonate Sawant Bandhu or falsely claim to represent the company.
• Engage in any activity intended to obtain commissions dishonestly.

Sawant Bandhu may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate an affiliate account where justified. Commissions associated with fraudulent or invalid activity may be withheld, reversed, or otherwise adjusted in accordance with applicable law.

6. Affiliate Program Modification or Discontinuation

Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include commission rates, eligible products, tracking methods, cookie duration, payout procedures, eligibility criteria, or other program features.

Where reasonably practicable, updates will be published on the website or communicated through available affiliate communication channels. Any notice required by law will be provided.

Discontinuation of the program will not automatically extinguish valid commissions already earned on eligible orders before the effective termination date. Such commissions will remain subject to the applicable return period, order verification, fraud checks, and payment terms in these conditions.

No commission will be earned on purchases that do not qualify under the applicable program rules.

7. Affiliate Account Suspension and Termination

Sawant Bandhu may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for fraud, policy violations, misleading promotions, misuse of referral links, or other reasonable grounds.

An affiliate may also discontinue participation in the program at any time.

Following termination, affiliates must stop presenting themselves as active Sawant Bandhu affiliates and discontinue the use of any program materials or promotional assets that they are no longer authorised to use.

Valid accrued commissions, if any, will be reviewed and handled under these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8. Independent Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between Sawant Bandhu and an affiliate.

Affiliates are independent participants and are not authorised to enter into contracts, make binding commitments, or provide guarantees on behalf of Sawant Bandhu.

Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional activities and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sawant Bandhu will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary tracking interruptions, third-party service failures, or reasonable delays in payment processing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

10. Amendments to Affiliate Terms

Sawant Bandhu reserves the right to revise, modify, update, or replace these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Updated terms will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained.

Affiliates are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Changes will apply from their stated effective date and will not retrospectively remove commissions already validly earned, except for legitimate corrections, reversals of ineligible transactions, or other adjustments permitted by these terms and applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
